Scope of Work :

1. Support client to establish proper procedures for the compliance disposal of assets.

2. Work with client’s finance function to recognize liabilities

3. Develop Effective Strategies for Disposing Fixed Assets (its about optimizing financial reporting and asset utilization). 

4. Support asset disposal in M&A and share transfer that involve complex accounting. 

5. Manage goodwill impairment during company disposal

6. Advise clients on tax implications of asset sales.
